Front Office Coordinator responsible for patient-centered front desk operations in ophthalmology/optometry settings, including scheduling visits, verifying insurance and prior authorizations, processing payments, maintaining EMR records, greeting patients, and ensuring a organized reception area. Requires 2-3 years medical office clerical experience, EMR proficiency, ability to type 40-50 WPM, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and capability to handle multiple tasks across clinics. Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with standard office software applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys interacting with patients, techs, and other healthcare professionals
