Job Summary
Be the first point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations for dining, drinking, and local adventures. Handle all guest queries and requests to ensure every interaction leaves them smiling. Work 30 hours per week in flexible 3x10 or 4x8 shifts, with occasional longer shifts as needed. Leverage deep knowledge of Glasgow's food and drink scene to craft meaningful experiences. This hands-on role requires an authentic, can-do attitude to deliver the ridiculously personal service Kimpton Blythswood Square is known for.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
- Flexibility to work 3 x 10-hour shifts or 4 x 8-hour shifts
- Willingness to work occasional longer shifts
- You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel
