Job Summary
Front Desk-focused role responsible for greeting and registering guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling reservations, verifying and imprinting payment methods, balancing a house bank, and facilitating guest requests. Duties include inputting guest information into computer systems, assigning rooms based on guest needs, communicating with Housekeeping/Maintenance, managing guest complaints, and ensuring accurate charges to guest accounts. Must maintain professional English communication, provide accurate directions and local information, and demonstrate hospitality and problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of reservations procedures, Marriott Rewards program benefits, and basic hotel operations is required; minimum education is high school diploma (preferred). Shift involves standing for extended periods and interacting with guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.
