Front Office and Operations Agent

Travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our Bozeman depot. You’ll be the face of Indie Campers, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining campervans in top condition, and owning issues to guarantee smooth depot operations. Responsibilities include handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, check-ins/outs, preparing and cleaning campervans, monitoring maintenance, registering guests, managing stock and payments, and addressing complaints and emergencies. Must have strong communication, be comfortable driving a campervan, be eligible to work in the US, and be available on weekends and holidays.
