Job Summary
Front Office Agent needed at Loews Arlington Hotel (Part-Time). Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests with warmth, assigning rooms per guest preferences, verifying payment information, promoting hotel services and local attractions, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining knowledge of events and group bookings, conducting check-out procedures and cash handling, and ensuring lobby/desk area cleanliness. The role requires a guest-service orientation, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel guest-service experience and familiarity with Opera/PMS systems are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
- Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time required.
- Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required.
