Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Orlando Palms Hotel: greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations and inquiries via phone/email/in-person, process payments and verify IDs in the property management system, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for room readiness, promote hotel amenities and upsell services, maintain a clean front desk, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Must have hospitality/customer service experience, strong communication, familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch a bonus), ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
