Job Summary
Front Office Agent responsible for checking guests in/out with a friendly, caring approach while upholding Kempinski and LQA standards. Duties include registering guests, assigning rooms, handling payments and credit checks, suggesting room/service upsells, and balancing cash at shift end. Must coordinate with housekeeping on late check-outs and special requests, answer guest questions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and reservation procedures to ensure a positive first and last impression for guests in Jakarta. Skills in customer service, cash handling, and proficiency with hotel operations are essential.
Required Qualifications
