Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and thank guests, check guests in and out, post charges to guest accounts, anticipate and address guests' needs, and resolve their problems and complaints. You will assist guests with disabilities, answer phones, assist with inquiries, and help with reservations. You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction and comply with company procedures and safety policies. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and intermediate computer proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
- Prior administrative experience a plus
