Job Summary

Provide a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service at the Front Office. Handle arrivals/departures, greet guests, manage cash and guest billing, address complaints and inquiries, inform guests about hotel amenities and local attractions, stay ahead of guest needs by recording preferences, ensure correct rate quoting per selling strategy, and maintain a clean, presentable reception and public areas while supporting a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a big plus.
  • Someone who understands, celebrates and embraces the SLS brand values.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker, with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
