Job Summary
Front of House Team Leader at Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch drives daily operations by coaching and guiding the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, partnering with leadership to manage staffing levels, executing opening/closing procedures, operating POS and order-taking technology at front counter, drive-thru, and outdoor order-taking, ensuring product quality and cleanliness, and supporting inventory and facilities management. The role emphasizes leadership development, adherence to CORE 4 and Winning Hearts Every Day strategies, and creating a positive, team-focused work environment. Must have prior Chick-fil-A experience with at least one year in shift-leading, strong communication, multitasking, and customer-service focus, and be available for 40+ hours per week with morning/day or evening/night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Chick-fil-A experience required, including a minimum of one (1) year of Chick-fil-A shift-leading experience
- Experience as a leader or completion of a leadership development course
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using POS systems and order-taking technology
- Ability to multitask with minimal direction
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
