Job Summary
Lead the Chick-fil-A Santa Barbara shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences by directing daily operations, opening/closing procedures, coaching team members, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and upholding hospitality standards. Responsibilities include leading assigned stations, training and coaching staff, ensuring speed and accuracy of orders, managing cash handling, addressing guest issues, maintaining dining room and prep areas, and embodying Chick-fil-A culture while fostering personal and team growth. Requires 3+ years in restaurants with 1+ year of management, 18+ years old, US work authorization, and open availability 35-40 hours/week. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- At least 1 year of proven management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Open availability from Monday through Saturday, with the expectation of working 35-40 hours per week
