Job Summary
Restaurant Front of the House Manager role overseeing guest experience and hospitality excellence. Leads and directs team to deliver memorable moments for guests, provides honest feedback and development opportunities, and drives sales and profitability through strong operational oversight. Responsibilities include managing P&L, scheduling, and inventory, maintaining service standards in a chef-driven, scratch-kitchen environment, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and sustainability in Ted’s Montana Grill’s hospitality-focused brand.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management
- Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
- Experience in scratch kitchen environments (preferred)
- Stable job history
- Solid business acumen – P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
- High School or equivalent
