Job Summary
Greet customers, answer menu questions, and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Set tables for incoming guests, take orders, and process payments while handling cash. Serve beverages and desserts, including brewing coffee, tea, and iced tea. Answer and take orders over the phone and act as a liaison between front and back of the house. Maintain composure while lifting and pushing equipment exceeding twenty-five pounds in a moderate noise environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers
- Position requires intermittent standing, bending, and lifting during working hours
- The employee must be able to lift, pull, and push equipment and supplies in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
