Job Summary
Deliver outstanding table service and run a busy floor while providing exceptional bar and gaming experiences. Assist guests with bistro-style service and manage the front of house environment across multiple roles including Food & Beverage Attendants, Bartenders, Gaming Attendants, and Food Runners. Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting with strong communication and teamwork skills, requiring weekend and evening availability. Commencing early September 2026, this role is part of a venue transformation under Australian Venue Co, offering career progression pathways into management positions.
