Job Summary
Greet guests with authentic hospitality, brew coffee, ring orders, deliver food accurately, and maintain a sparkly clean shop. Serve as the expert on all Call Your Mother offerings while lending a helping hand to teammates whenever needed. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, occasionally operating equipment around hot tools and varying temperatures. This role offers hourly pay plus tips ranging from $25-28/hour, with full-time eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, 100% paid time off, and 12 weeks of parental leave.
