Job Summary
Greet members and visitors with confidence and empathy, providing exceptional customer service at the reception and café areas. Support the café team by preparing and serving fresh, healthy food and drinks while answering queries in a caring manner. Maintain a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment, ensuring everyone feels valued. Swim to a high standard to assist with covering Lifeguard breaks.
