Job Summary
Greet guests, assist at the Point of Sale, and take phone orders to provide a comfortable dining environment. Maintain full and fresh buffets, ensure cleanliness of dining rooms and restrooms, and keep the FunZone Arcades clean, fun, and safe. Support guest relations and handle Prize Counter upkeep while ensuring food preparation safety and order accuracy. Work extended periods on your feet, lifting up to 40 pounds, with a strong desire to deliver legendary guest service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
- Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant or Retail experience preferred but not required
