Job Summary
Welcome guests enthusiastically, educate them about the menu, and assemble, package, and process all orders as requested. Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and restock stations while keeping them clean and organized. Work with the team to swiftly move guests through the line, follow daily checklists for an exceptional experience, and cross-train in multiple positions as needed. Assist with any additional duties assigned. This role requires standing for extended periods, working with kitchen equipment in hot or cold temperatures, and clear communication. Piada is a leader in the fast casual movement, offering fresh, modern Italian cuisine including tossed pastas, fresh salads, and hand-rolled Piadas.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
- Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
- Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
- Must have the ability to clearly speak and articulate
