Job Summary
Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive, welcoming experience across front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-facing stations. Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and procedures; process orders and transactions with speed and accuracy; keep guest areas clean and stocked; participate in opening/closing tasks; adhere to team standards and dress code; stay current on updates and participate in in-house training; support teamwork and leadership development.
