Front of House Team Member

Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and take orders in person or over the phone, entering them accurately into the POS system. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while packaging bagels, sandwiches, and catering orders. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages, then restock the bagel case, cream cheese tubs, condiments, and other supplies. Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area including counters, dining areas, and beverage stations. Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up displays, cleaning, sweeping, and mopping. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed quickly and accurately. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while providing support for catering orders and special events.
