Front of House Team Member responsible for delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and a great guest experience, while demonstrating hospitality, smiling, maintaining eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, and making emotional connections with guests. Requires multitasking, teamwork, adaptability, dependable work ethic, ability to stand for long periods and lift 10-50 lbs, adherence to dress code, and effective communication with guests and team members. Works in a fast-paced environment led by independent operators; flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth and development in a positive, people-focused setting.
