Front of House Team Members provide an exceptional dining experience by delivering Chick-fil-A service and food with enthusiasm. Responsibilities focus on creating positive guest interactions, maintaining eye contact and smiles, speaking enthusiastically, forming emotional connections with guests, upholding the restaurant's vision and values, multitasking efficiently, working well in a team, being adaptable and dependable, and adhering to the Chick-fil-A dress code and rules.
