Job Summary
Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining Chick-fil-A service standards. Core duties include serving guests via the Winning Hearts Everyday strategy, delivering 2nd Mile Service, building trust with guests, and adhering to policies and dress code. Key skills include excellent communication, multitasking, teamwork, reliability, customer-service orientation, attentiveness to details, ability to work flexible schedules, and physical capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Operates under a franchise owner/operator with a focus on fast, accurate service, a clean and safe environment, and engagement with the community. Scheduling classifications: Full-Time 30+ hours weekly and Part-Time hours, with Saturdays required at least two per month.
