Job Summary
Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and signature Chick-fil-A service. Responsibilities include smiling, maintaining eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, forming emotional connections with guests, upholding the restaurant’s vision and values, multitasking efficiently, teamwork and reliability, and adhering to dress code and rules. Requires strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, ability to multitask, flexibility in scheduling, and the capability to stand for long periods and lift/carry duties. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchised Operators who hire and manage staff.
