Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience and Chick-fil-A’s signature service. Responsibilities include smiling, making eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, forming emotional connections with guests, adhering to policies (hygiene and dress code), completing opening/closing tasks, and performing duties across order taking, cash handling, drink making, food bagging, cleaning, restocking, and drive-thru support. Requires ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment, communicate effectively, be team-oriented, reliable, and flexible with scheduling (including weekends). Previous experience is preferred but not required; multiple shifts available with compensation based on experience and availability. Available to work between 15-30 hours/week (Part-Time) or 30-40 hours/week (Full-Time) and Saturdays; must have reliable transportation. English proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus.
