Job Summary
Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience and guest service. Responsibilities include smiling, maintaining eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, making emotional connections with guests, upholding the restaurant’s vision and values, multitasking efficiently, being team-oriented and adaptable, following dress code and rules, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong communication, reliability, a cheerful attitude, ability to work flexible schedules, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchised Operators who manage employment decisions.
