Job Summary
Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and preparing customer orders at front counter or drive-thru, maintaining cleanliness in counter and dining area, observing health/sanitation guidelines, and delivering a positive, 2nd mile service experience. Requires being on your feet for several hours, strong guest-service orientation, teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and a cheerful attitude. Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules with benefits and opportunities for growth; a 16+ age requirement and US work eligibility are stated. Dress code and adherence to restaurant rules are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon start date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to to work on their feet, and in outdoor conditions for several hours at a time
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs on a regular basis
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be available on a variety of weekdays, and on both Friday and Saturday
