Job Summary
Provide an exceptional dining experience as a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include smiling, maintaining eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, making emotional connections with guests, and working as part of a team to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Must adhere to dress code and restaurant rules, be able to multi-task, stay adaptable and dependable, and communicate effectively with guests and Team Members. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and development are highlighted, with perks such as scholarship opportunities and a positive, people-focused environment. Must be 18+ and capable of lifting 25-50 lbs and standing for extended periods. The role is full-time and part-time and located in Redlands, CA.
