Greet members and visitors to the club with confidence and empathy, providing exceptional customer service and answering queries in a caring manner. Support the smooth running of reception and café areas, including preparing and serving fresh, healthy food and drinks. Maintain a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment while demonstrating flexibility and initiative. Swim to a high standard to cover Lifeguard breaks.
