Job Summary
Provide exceptional dining experiences as a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Eatontown. Deliver world-renowned guest service, serve crave-able food with 100% order accuracy, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Collaborate with team members to maintain clean, well-stocked stations, follow Chick-fil-A grooming and food safety procedures, and uphold brand procedures to ensure operational excellence. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours, lift 30 pounds, have reliable transportation, and be available for early morning and/or late evening shifts; strong customer-service focus and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
