Front of House Team Member responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience, delivering Chick-fil-A service in a friendly, guest-focused environment, and supporting Team Members and Operators. Responsibilities include smiling, making eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, making emotional connections with guests, upholding Chick-fil-A values and dress code, multitasking effectively, working well in a team and independently, and maintaining a flexible schedule (including Sundays). The role emphasizes customer service, strong interpersonal skills, reliability, adaptability, and a positive, energetic attitude to contribute to a welcoming restaurant atmosphere and opportunities for growth and leadership development.
