Front of House Team Leader

Team Leader in a Chick-fil-A restaurant who supports senior leadership in daily operations, coaches/develops team members, leads shifts, and ensures exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include participating in high-volume daily operations, opening/closing and cash handling, training new hires, setting a positive tone, and maintaining accountability for team performance. Required skills include strong communication, eye contact and smile in guest interactions, reliable transportation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and a commitment to superior customer service. Prior experience as shift lead or supervisor is preferred but not required. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners.
