Team Leader for Front of House to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, train and coach team members, ensure outstanding guest service, and uphold our service standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, counting drawers, setting the tone for the team, and exemplifying effective communication and teamwork in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role requires reliability, strong people skills, enthusiasm, and a servant leadership mindset to maintain operational excellence and a positive, customer-focused culture.
