Job Summary
Set up and reset dining rooms, clear tables, pour water, and run food while collaborating with servers and expediters. Maintain high cleanliness standards, polish glassware, and ensure proper mise accompanies every dish. Engage in table maintenance with efficiency and grace, staying knowledgeable of all menu items. Support the service team by performing additional duties as assigned to meet operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not necessary
- Barista and coffee-making experience preferred, but not required
- English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
