Job Summary
Set up dining rooms, set and clear tables, pour water, run food, and reset spaces with efficiency and grace. Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas, polish glassware, and ensure proper mise accompanies each dish. Engage in table maintenance while staying informed of all menu items to support service culture. This role requires the ability to stand or walk for long periods and balance multiple plates or glass racks up to 30 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
