Job Summary
Set up dining rooms, clear tables, pour water, run food, and reset spaces with efficiency and grace. Engage in table maintenance while maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout all restaurant areas. Stay informed on menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish. Work alongside servers and expediters to support service operations. Possess an understanding of proper service steps and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
- English fluency

- Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role
