Job Summary
Set up and reset dining rooms, clear tables, pour water, and run food while working with servers and expediters. Maintain high cleanliness standards, polish glassware, and engage in table maintenance with efficiency and grace. Stay knowledgeable of all menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish. Create a welcoming environment that supports the culture of Enlightened Hospitality at this Michelin-starred restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not necessary
- English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
