Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and coach restaurant/front-of-house teams to achieve performance targets, monitor and coach performance, collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service, promptly address guest concerns, and promote a positive, inclusive team culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics, and support a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays). Requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior leadership experience; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with relevant software; knowledge of industry regulations and practices; ability to stand for long periods and maneuver stairs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Availabililty to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals
