Front of House Supervisor

Lead the Floor at a high-energy Topgolf venue in Mt. Laurel by supervising the service team to ensure guest interactions meet Topgolf's standards. Coach and develop team members in real time, uphold operating procedures, service standards, and safety protocols, drive associate engagement, and manage shift flow with opening/closing procedures. Represent Topgolf core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) and maintain a culture that emphasizes guest experience, accountability, and consistent operational execution. Provide support across business functions as needed (team development, inventory, facilities, and marketing) and perform other duties assigned by management. Core competencies include resilience, effective communication, customer focus, and driving results. Position pays a fixed hourly rate of $21.50 with benefits where eligible.
