Job Summary
Lead and supervise Front Desk operations at Pet Paradise in Plano. Responsibilities include supervising Front Desk Associates, training and coaching per company standards, directing work, conducting performance reviews, reporting hazards or behavioral issues, handling front desk tasks (check-ins/outs, phone calls), maintaining lobby cleanliness, ensuring team members complete LMS courses, and performing additional duties as needed. Requires strong customer service experience, leadership ability, comfort with dogs up to 60 lbs, and flexibility for varied schedules. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years or more in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist) highly preferred
- Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills
- Comfortable leading by example, including ‘hands-on’ task management
- Comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check
