Job Summary
On-the-floor leader responsible for coaching the FOH team, maintaining positive energy and service standards, training new staff, and ensuring smooth, high-quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include real-time coaching of servers, bartenders, and hosts; upholding company values; resolving guest and team issues calmly; monitoring shift coverage and floor performance; assisting with service tasks (running food, greeting tables, hosting); maintaining safety, cleanliness, ServSafe standards, and system-wide policies; and collaborating with managers to elevate performance and guest satisfaction. Must be able to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced restaurant environment with strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- College degree is preferred or desirable
- ServSafe certification preferred
