Job Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and assist with directions, boarding, and exiting the train. Manage guest flow and crowd control before, during, and after the ride while monitoring areas for cleanliness, safety, and organization. Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalate issues as needed, and support the Front of House Lead with setup, operations, and closing procedures. Handle ticketing questions in coordination with the Ticket Office and manage lost-and-found procedures. Maintain a professional demeanor during high-volume periods and unexpected situations. Follow all safety and emergency procedures. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event days.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event days
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or event experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact positively with children, families, and guests of all ages
- Strong attention to detail and personal presentation
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
