Job Summary
Execute Chick-fil-A operational procedures with a servant-minded approach for guests while overseeing and assisting the team in daily restaurant operations. Delegate tasks appropriately, handle cash and execute cash management procedures, and coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures. Effectively lead and manage the team by modeling clear communication, maintaining a positive attitude, and fostering a positive work environment. Demonstrate knowledge of brand promotions and products while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires Monday–Saturday availability, weekend and holiday coverage, and closing on Sundays. Starting pay begins at $17.00 per hour during training.
