Front-of-House Shift Leader

Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A lead shifts, oversee daily operational tasks, create lineups, certify opening/closing/checklists, handle team member issues, and ensure shifts run smoothly. They may have an area of focus (hospitality, drive-thru, etc.) and will communicate pertinent information to the team while supporting the Director in achieving leadership goals. The role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and ensuring customer service excellence through effective shift management and real-time labor adjustments.
