Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality by managing check-ins, check-outs, and client inquiries while confidently converting leads into booked appointments. Educate clients on treatments and memberships, proactively recommend services based on their needs, and own the rebooking conversation to drive retention. Maintain studio operations by keeping front areas clean, assisting with inventory, and supporting Skin Therapists with smooth room turnover. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain operational standards, participate in training, and help train new members. Available for weekends, opening, and closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
- Love people and naturally build genuine connections with clients
- Are confident, personable, and comfortable having sales conversations
- Can turn a great interaction into a booking and a booking into a rebooking
- Are motivated by goals and take pride in hitting both individual and studio targets
- Are highly organized and able to juggle phones, emails, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily priorities
- Take initiative and can stay productive without constant direction
- Are willing to do whatever is reasonably needed to take care of the client and keep the studio running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via text/email
- Enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute to a positive studio culture
- Are coachable, adaptable, and excited to continuously improve
