Job Summary
Directs Front of House operations for a Chick-fil-A restaurant, leading 45-60 reports, ensuring key objectives and quarterly/yearly goals are met, and upholding service standards in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Oversees day-to-day FOH activities, trains new hires, sets the shift tone, and serves as a role model for the team while ensuring guest satisfaction and solid cash handling. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, team development, accountability, and collaboration with independent operators. Qualifications highlight strong communication, reliability, and a passion for serving guests.
