Job Summary
Front of House Manager leads a guest-facing team delivering best-in-class hospitality, coaching team members, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring all areas of the venue are staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, managing shifts, hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and supporting team development; leveraging business metrics to drive performance and profitability; ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are maintained; and embodying Topgolf’s core values in a high-energy, high-volume venue with flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law
