Job Summary
Plan and direct all employees to achieve an exceptional dining experience while maximizing sales and profits. Manage all aspects of customer service, hold staff accountable for standards, and ensure compliance with labor, alcohol, and wage laws. Conduct table and ticket audits, oversee FOH scheduling, and implement corrective actions for variances in purchasing and labor budgets. Perform progressive discipline, conduct performance reviews, and audit employee files. Oversee FOH training, assist chefs with line checks and ordering, manage liquor and trimark inventory, and participate in community events. Maintain ServSafe, Choke Saver, and Tips certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Has a complete understanding of all food, beverage and service standards
- Has knowledge of current labor laws, alcohol beverage laws and state wages
- Has current ServSafe, Choke Saver and Tips certifications
- Must be able to adhere to monthly food plan
- Must be able to follow purchasing and labor budgets
- Must be able to understand, practice and enforce all administrative and security procedures
- Must be able to conduct table and ticket audits for accuracy
- Must be able to attend and participate in manager meetings
- Must be able to conduct performance reviews
- Must be able to audit employee files for accuracy
- Must be able to hire FOH staff according to Evviva's hiring practices
- Must be able to oversee all FOH training
- Must be able to conduct progressive discipline
- Must be able to conduct daily pre-shifts
- Must be able to assist chefs with daily line checks and ordering
- Must be able to take part in community events
- Must be able to assist in monthly inventory procedures
- Must be able to manage Liquor/Beer/Wine Inventory and weekly ordering
- Must be able to manage Trimark Inventory and Ordering
