Job Summary
Hands-on Front of House Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at Root Down DIA located inside the Denver International Airport. Lead front-of-house team in a fast-paced airport environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing customer feedback, fostering open communication between managers and staff, maintaining quality and ethical management practices, handling employee relations and paperwork, scheduling, and ensuring safety and security for guests and team members. Requires at least two years of restaurant management experience and two years of bar experience; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must pass a TSA background check.
Required Qualifications

- Pass a 10-year TSA background check
- Previous experience as a FOH manager, Hospitality manager, Supervisor, Lead host, Guest service manager, ASM, General manager
