Job Summary
Front of House Manager responsible for scheduling, inventory control, coordination of sales, guest services, budgeting, and employee training with a constant presence in the restaurant to uphold the Bridgette Bar brand. Manage front and back of house teamwork, implement HR policies and procedures, forecast and meet sales goals, oversee cash handling and POS operations, and ensure high-quality service and guest experiences. Requires leadership to train and coach staff, adherence to safety and restaurant policies, ability to work overtime when needed, and capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have strong English communication skills and a valid Food Safe Certification; 18+ and open scheduling for alcohol service are required.
Required Qualifications
- Three years experience in a comparable hospitality role preferred
- Food Safe Certification
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience managing and training staff
- Experience with budgeting and cash handling/POS systems
- Ability to forecast sales and develop staff schedules
- Ongoing commitment to guest experience and service excellence
